WFB Live joined Dua Lipa for her career defining performance headlining at Glastonbury 2024. A culmination of a successful, longstanding partnership between Dua and WFB, the team worked with Dua on a show described by NME as 'a glittering celebration of pop in its highest form'.
The WFB Live team set out to create a show that reflected Dua's mindset 3 albums in, fully utilising a band pulled together for her most recent campaign and approaching the show from a more minimal, cooler stance that befitted the Glastonbury stage. The performance's setlist, bespoke arrangements, dance breaks, segues, and a wildly popular remix of the popstar's hit 'New Rules' were all created by the team, as well as an arrangement for a collaboration between Tame Impala's Kevin Parker and Dua on Tame Impala's song 'The Less I Know The Better'.
The Guardian reviewed the show as 'hook-laden and hedonistic' and 'an unequivocal success', and The Independent wrote of the performance 'Lipa understood the assignment: Glastonbury is not just another show, just another festival – it is the moment we have been waiting for, all day, all year, perhaps all our lives.'
After the success of WFB Live's last partnership with Post Malone on his '12 Carat Toothache' tour, they were brought back to help create an even bigger, even bolder show with 'If Ya'll Weren't Here, I'd Be Cryin' touring globally throughout 2023.
The WFB Live team wanted to embrace the sheer musicality of the genre-hopping American's back catalogue and new 2023 release 'Austin'. The idea to bring on board a band for the first time ever on a Posty tour was enhanced even further by an alternative string quartet. All images Adam DeGross
Ahead of the European leg of his 'The First Time' tour, WFB Live joined forces with The Kid Laroi to revitalise the show.
The team worked closely with Laroi on show pacing, show flow and audience participation, as well as working on medleys, joins between songs, and creating additional music which his show had not featured before. The WFB team took arrangement and production influence from Metal Headz records and the wider British electronic scene.

The Royal Albert Hall played host to a Dua Lipa, a 14 piece choir and the 53 piece Heritage Orchestra, for a live performance of Dua’s newest album Radical Optimism alongside some of her most loved hits.
WFB handled all song and vocal arrangements, working with Heritage on the orchestral arrangements. The performance featured a guest appearance from Elton John, for their collaboration ‘Cold Heart’. This was captured for a TV special on CBS and ITV.
WFB Live were brought in to work with FKA twigs and producer Koreless to create her performance for Valentino’s spring/summer 24 catwalk presentation. WFB Live also worked closely with the live foley team to create a naturalistic, organic soundscape to accompany the presentation. The 14 minute performance was choreographed by The Rambert Dance Group.
Working alongside creative director Ace Bowerman, WFB Live composed and produced all interstitial music for the BLACKPINK Born Pink Tour.
WFB Live took the audience on a dark fantastical journey, elevating the experience in-between songs taking influence from glitch-hop, IDM, and electronica.
WFB Live flew out to Los Angeles to work alongside production company London Alley in creating the tour audio and sound design for all intros, outros, interludes and dance breaks.
After a two year delay, Dua Lipa has enraptured fans with her 'Future Nostalgia' tour, built alongside WFB Live and debuted in Miami, Florida.
WFB Live worked closely with Dua on her performance. A new band was sourced and rehearsed, and brand new arrangements were created to showcase her new album for the first time and bring new life into her old record.
The show also included many bespoke compositions from intros and interludes to the 2.5 hour house music mix before the show began.
NME gave the tour a 5 star review, commenting “there’s no more potently thrilling sound than that of a pop star whose time is now, as this stratospheric set proves.” Variety stated “Dua Lipa delivers the ‘Future Nostalgia’ show New York has been waiting two years for”, and Rolling Stone described the show as “a powerful reminder of Lipa’s pop savvy“.
Addison joined Charli XCX and Troye Sivan for a special appearance at the Madison Square Gardens night of their Sweat Tour. WFB worked with Addison to get her ready for her performance of ‘Diet Pepsi’ and ‘Von Dutch Remix’.

For Berlin Fashion Week 2024, About You and Blackskull Creative enlisted WFB Live to soundtrack their brand presentations. Within the world of a 'fashion circus', which saw the models walk amongst dancers and acrobats, the WFB team created modern, house and electronic led remixes for brands such as Levis, Nike, Puma, Reebok and adidas.
For Dua’s performance at the 2024 Grammy Awards, the team at WFB Live worked with her to put together a medley of the singer’s latest singles ‘Houdini’ and ‘Dance The Night’, and teased her next release ‘Training Season’ within the arrangement.
Post Malone took time out from his 'If Ya'll Weren't Here, I'd Be Cryin' tour to sit down at the NPR Tiny Desk. WFB Live recreated his tour set up, bringing in a band and string quartet, and arranged acoustic versions of some of his back catalog as well as his new single 'Enough is Enough'.
Dua Lipa pulled double duty for her 2024 SNL appearance, both hosting and performing. WFB Live arranged and directed the performances of her latest single ‘Illusion’ and ‘Happy For You’ - both from her latest album ‘Radical Optimism’.
Dua kicked off DL3 era with the first live performance of Houdini from the London Sessions. WFB Live refreshed the live set up, and looked after both performance and music direction on site.
As time of writing, the video is has over 2 million views in 48 hours.

Engaged by creative director Lewis James, WFB were brought in to build Post Malone’s fourth world tour - ‘The 12 Carat Tour’.
WFB Live created bespoke arrangements, medleys and transitions and collaborated with Post’s existing team on creating his darkest and most ambitious show to date pulling in our main references from the industrial, screamo and electronica worlds.
For Zara Larsson's most recent European tour 'Venus', the team at WFB Live worked with visual creatives Blackskull to create a show that captured the 'evolutionary essence' of the Swedish popstar's fourth studio album.
The show featured four acts that swept the audience along in a celestial journey of rebirth, revival and metamorphosis, finally witnessing Zara, or our Venus, in full bloom.
Dork described the show as “a feeling of sheer euphoria“ and an “ambitious, visceral gig”.
Ahead of Vogue's second annual 'Vogue World' event, held in London this year, WFB Live were brought in to work alongside FKA twigs in creating a mash up of Opus 3's It's a Fine Day and FKA twigs' Sad Day. Led by William Bowerman, the team collaborated with twigs in creating a bespoke arrangement to accompany her performance with the Rambert dance troupe at the gala.

As Rina Sawayama took her HTG tour out for the festival season of 2023, WFB Live continued their work with her and her creative director Ace Bowerman to elevate the show even further.
Rina’s Glastonbury show was especially well reviewed, described by Dork as “theatrical, flawless and fucking stunning“ and The Guardian as “magnificently OTT“.
In collaboration with Jessie Ware, WFB Live created the star's sell out 5th album tour, 'That! Feels Good!'.
Together with Ware, WFB Live brought the audience into the sexy, sumptuous world of ‘The Pearl Club’. The audience were taken through 4 acts - “Lady” “Lover” “Freak” and “Mother”, a journey through love, sex, power, all accompanied by WFB Live's arrangements of Ware's new album, interludes, original music, and reimagining of her back catalogue.
Attitude declared that the show “underscores Jessie Ware as one of the UK’s most important – and commanding – voices in dance music.” NME and the Independent gave the show 5 stars, the former describing the show as “joyous, OTT and carefully thought-out at the same time – it's a genuine triumph”.

WFB Live and sister company Ceremony London were brought in to build Anne Marie's "Therapy" world tour from the ground up, providing musical and creative direction across the project.
The tour was Anne Maries biggest to date, being described as “a constant delight” by The Evening Standard.
Jessie Ware first approached WFB Live in 2020 to help create her "What's Your Pleasure" tour.
The show was built with inspiration from 1980s New York club culture, resulting in a 90 minute dance show that doesn’t stop for air. WFB handled all arrangements and interludes.
WFB hired a new band and worked closely with a wider creative team resulting in a show that has since been met with multiple 5* reviews, described by the Guardian as “scintillating, grown up pop, done with wit and finesse” and the Telegraph as “A night of joyous disco-infused numbers confirm[ing] Ware's return to the top table of pop”.
The tour wrapped up with a headline slot on on The Park Stage at Glastonbury 2022.
Jessie Ware took to the BBC Radio 2 Piano Room to perform “Pearls” from her upcoming album, directed and arranged by WFB Live.

At the 2020 Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Award Party in West Hollywood, WFB Live worked with Elton and Dua Lipa arranging and directing stripped back versions of their songs including 'Love Again', and 'Bennie and the Jets'.
For the Brit Awards 2019, WFB Live created the stand out performance of the night, with a medley for triple award winner Calvin Harris, Dua Lipa, Sam Smith and Rag n Bone Man, managing the music direction and rehearsals for all artists involved.
